A couple of weeks heavy rain took its toll one one of my succulent in a combo pot. Was about to remove it when I saw this underneath.

This was one of the first succulent I acquired and the novice me almost killed it. But it has recovered well. Can someone help me ID it please? It looks like a Graptopetalum Ghost Plant?
