Moved this lovely boy in a new pot, hoping to see him thrive! Also I would love to propagate him, any advice?

keep the dirt moist and just let the leaves do there thing or tip them in root hormone powder to further the process

you could pick some of the leaves from the bottom (by turning them sideways not yanking them) and let them sit in a dry surface for a couple days just enough till the part where you distached it from is dry so when you place it on a moist dirt it won't rot
