详细说明
Syngonium podophyllum “Pink” has bright glowing pink arrowhead shaped foliage. This gives it the common name of “Arrowhead Ivy”. It grows upright when young but will trail as it gets older. It will make a beautiful hanging basket. This tropical makes a great house plant and will tolerate lower light.
Shade to partial shade, temp. 40 to 100 degrees, 12 to 15 in. tall, allow getting slightly dry between waterings.
Your syngonium needs to be watered regularly, two to three times a week during the season, with room-temperature water and ideally non-calcareous. Rainwater is good, otherwise, remember to put water in a container a few hours before watering for chlorine to evaporate.
Pruning: Pruning during summer will encourage new growth and make the plant more bushy in appearance. To prevent the stems from climbing and growing too long pinch them at the tip of each stem that is now tall enough. You can also remove older stems.
Growing Conditions
Provide your arrowhead vine with the right growing conditions, and you will have a lush and healthy houseplant.
Light: Give your plant bright light but no direct sun. Variegated types can handle more direct sun, while deeper green varieties can handle partial shade.
Water: Spray frequently to maintain high humidity. Keep the soil continuously moist throughout spring and summer and reduce watering in the winter, but don't let it dry out.
Temperature: Arrowhead vine prefers warm and humid conditions. Keep it in areas above 60 F if possible.
Soil: Plant in a rich, well-drained potting mix.
Fertilizer: Feed regularly with liquid fertilizer throughout the growing season.
